New section - Tutorials!

I can write some tutorials about The Movies completing, set decorating and mod creating. But I can't post it anywhere except forum. I think it will be useful to create «Tutorials» section on this site. It may have subsections like «Playing Tutorials», «Movie Creating Tutorials», «Modding tutorials», ect... Unfortunally, Sexymaria's site died in 2018 year. It had a lot of modding tutorials that can be posted in this section I think.

You can post your tutorial to the Forum and I can upload your tutorials into TheMovies/Tutorials section.
I disabled the function to create own tutorials direct into this section because of unwanted Spam...
