Is it possible to give custom sets/costumes specific unlock dates?

I know this isn't a very active forum anymore, but on the off chance someone sees this, is it possible to make custom sets and costumes unlock at a specific time period? As who likes the simulation part of the game, I don't like how they're all available in 1920.

You can change this (and some other behavior) if you open up the corresponding .ini-files of a mod

Under [blueprint] you can change if the costumes or sets are researchable or given (1=yes, 0=no)
